Our history 

The church was formed by the merger of two existing Baptist churches in October 2005 and has been operating as a single church since then.

Our formal launch as a single church was in March 2006.

The two Baptist churches from which we formed had a common root, as they were both church plants from West Bridgford Baptist Church some years before.  

The church has always had a great sense of unity and Members have been very supportive of the leaders and of the activities of the church. There is a sense of openness to change and a desire to be a church which effectively spreads the gospel.
